Everything was perfect, including amiable staff and wonderful location in a very nice area. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Monkey forest, deep pool, buffet breakfast, friendly staff and amazing Balinese delux room-, and centre of Ubud. It was a lovely stay into-or-out of town, loved it.

Some areas of the room could have used a bit more cleaning, like bathrobes that weren't super clean.

The staff were attentive. I enjoyed the spacious super beautiful double bed room with a soft mattress perfect for my comfort. The two tranquil pools were well-maintained.

We spent a relaxing night surrounded by lush gardens. The friendly staff were very good, lighting mosquito coils each evening. The pools were fine. Pro tip, consider bringing additional water bottles as the daily allocation is small. The breakfast with pool views made our morning good!
